In the past two days, I read roughly 600 pages of academic reading; wrote two five-page papers; had three academic meetings; slept for a total of ten hours; drank four soy lattes, three cups of coffee, and I’m not sure how many cups of tea; sustained four longer-than-five-minutes non-academic conversations; and played three volleyball matches.

Other Brother
The coffeeshop I’m at (one of my favorites in Evanston) is playing Lana Del Rey. The barista made me a killer soy latte. I had a hunk of chocolate zucchini bread (and no regrets). My meeting with a prof went well.
